Vista East is a part of east Orlando that filled in well before the Lake Nona build-out, mostly homes.
The business mix runs older and owner-operated: air conditioning and electrical contractors, auto repair, lawn and irrigation, cleaning companies running a few vans, independent insurance agents, plus restaurants and small retail on the surrounding commercial roads.
