We are Shea Business Solutions, and we are on this list, so the method and the numbers are laid out below for anyone who wants to check our work. If you came here looking for us specifically, our page on bookkeeping in Lake Nona covers what the monthly work looks like.
How the list was put together
On October 24, 2026 we pulled the Google Maps results for the search "bookkeeping service," run from the center of Lake Nona (28.3817, -81.2631, the coordinates Wikipedia gives for the neighborhood). Google returned 20 businesses. A business made this list if it passed three checks:
- Google files it under the category Bookkeeping service.
- It has at least 10 Google reviews. One or two reviews says very little either way.
- Its listing is not in Kissimmee. Two results had Kissimmee addresses, and this list is about Lake Nona.
Seven businesses passed. We sorted them by Google star rating and broke ties on review count, and where two firms tied on both (5.0 stars, 25 reviews) they stay in the order Google showed them. Six of the seven sit at a perfect 5.0. Google's rating is the only quality measure here, we did not interview these firms or look at their work, and the counts move every week, so read this as a snapshot of one day.
The seven, ranked by Google rating
1. AF Business Services
5.0 stars from 161 Google reviews. Listed at 10135 Hartford Maroon Rd, Orlando, FL 32827. Google showed it second for this search. That is the most reviews of any 5.0-rated business in the results. Website: www.afbusinessservices.com.
2. Wooten CPA PLLC
5.0 stars from 99 Google reviews. Listed at 6900 Tavistock Lakes Blvd Ste 400, Orlando, FL 32827. Google showed it eighth for this search. Website: www.wootencpa.com.
3. M.Y.O.B. Consulting - Outsourced Bookkeeping Service Lake Nona, Orlando, FL
5.0 stars from 25 Google reviews. Listed at 7004 Tavistock Lakes Blvd Ste 209, Orlando, FL 32827. Google showed it first for this search. Website: www.myobconsulting.com.
4. Sonu Shukla, CPA, PA
5.0 stars from 25 Google reviews. Listed at 6900 Tavistock Lakes Blvd Ste 400, Orlando, FL 32827. Google showed it ninth for this search. It ties M.Y.O.B. Consulting on both rating and review count, and comes after it here because Google listed it lower. Website: www.orlandotaxcoach.com.
5. Shea Business Solutions Bookkeeping & Tax (that is us)
5.0 stars from 23 Google reviews. Google lists us at 1809 Great Falls Way, Orlando, FL 32824, and showed us third for this search. On the numbers we land fifth, behind four firms with more reviews at the same rating.
Ryan Shea runs the firm. He is a QuickBooks Level 2 Certified ProAdvisor and a Certified Payroll Specialist, and the work covers monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, payroll and tax preparation. We hold a same-business-day standard for calls, texts and emails. Most of the work happens remotely in QuickBooks Online, so the drive is optional. Our bookkeeping services page lists what a month includes.
6. Brite Bookkeeping & Tax in Lake Nona, Orlando
5.0 stars from 10 Google reviews. Its Google listing shows no street address. Google showed it sixth for this search. Website: www.brite.tax.
7. NONA TAX - LAKE NONA
4.4 stars from 106 Google reviews. Listed at 10783 Narcoossee Rd #117, Orlando, FL 32832. Google showed it 11th for this search. It has the lowest rating on this list and the second-highest review count. Website: www.nonatax.com.
Who was in the results but left off
Nona LS Accounting has a 5.0 from 1 review, under the 10-review line. J&C Solutions FL (4.9 stars, 58 reviews) and United Tax Pros Bvl (5.0 stars, 136 reviews) are listed in Kissimmee. The other ten results are filed by Google as accountants, an accounting firm, a CPA, a tax preparer or a financial consultant rather than a bookkeeping service, so they belong on a different list.
What a star rating will not tell you
Reviews tell you how past clients felt, not which software a firm works in or who actually touches your file. If QuickBooks matters to you, Intuit keeps a public Find a ProAdvisor directory where a firm's certification can be checked. The rest is worth a short phone call.
If you want that call with us, it is free and runs about an hour. Call or text (603) 759-8547, or read up on our QuickBooks cleanup work first if your file is behind.
